Gems/Cash F.A.Q

How do I earn Gems/cash?
You can earn Gems & cash by completing offers provided by various merchants under the "Offers" menu section.
To complete an offer:
1-Browse to the Offers section of our website under "Offers".
2- Read the Description of the offer and click it.
3- A new Tab/Window will open with the offers and the instructions to complete that offer.
4-After successfully completing the offer, you must click on submit. Account should be credited (typically) instantly or within minutes. Note that some offers may take 24H to credit.

Can I convert my Gems to cash?
Yes, go to the Convert Points section and select the amount of Gems you wish to convert into Cash. You can also convert your Cash to Gems.

Why did I lose Gems/cash?
You or your referral may have gotten a Reversal on a completed offer. (Only occurs on Fraud/False informations)

What are reversals?
Reversals are sent to us from the sponsors of the offers. They will send us reversals when they are unhappy with the offers you did. This may be due to missing or fraudulent information, multiple attempts on the same offers from the same computer. You can also receive reversals from referrals 
Reversals will remove your earned points/cash for the offer and temporarily place restrictions on your account.

Offers F.A.Q.  

What are offers?  
Offers are sponsored by various third party companies looking to advertise their product or service. By successfully completing them, we will credit you with the Cash/Gems value displayed for each respective offer. Completing offers ranges from simply entering your zip code or email address, to doing short surveys, to buying or sampling a product.

I can't see any offers?Unfortunately at this time, we only have offers for members living in United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.You can still earn cash by referring people through our Referral System.

I did not get credit for completing an offer?
Once you complete an offer by fulfilling its requirements, the sponsor automatically notifies us (postback) and we credit your account immediately. Most postbacks are typically received no more than 5-10  mins after offer completion. Though, some may take up to 24H and more to credit you.
There are many reasons why you may not receive Cash:
-False Informations.
-You closed the offer too early.
-You've completed the same offer elsewhere.
- You didn't qualify.
-Your Browser blocked cookies.
-Security Software is blocking cookies.
-You are not from the region you indicated when you signed up.

Some tips for better approval:
-Always use the same informations.
-Use Firefox and clear cookies before each offer.
-Try using a unique e-mail for each offer.
-Don't rush the offer, let the window/page to completely load
-Read offers Carefully

What if I'm not 18 like the offer asks?
You must be at least 13 and have parental permission to use GemClicker and sponsors. If you have consent to do so, you may still complete offers regardless of your age.

Should I create some emails account?
We suggest you do. It highly increase the chance for you to be credit when you submit a valid and unique e-mail adress.any free email service like gmail, yahoo, hotmail will work. We recommend Yahoo e-mails.

Can I retry an offer If I did not get Cash/Gems?Yes, if this happens you may retry the offer. You should wait at least a day to receive credit before trying it again. Note that any specific offer will only credit once.

Can you manually credit me for an offer I completed but didn't get credit for?
Cash/Gems is/are automatically credited when the sponsor confirms you have successfully completed the offer. we don't have any control over this process. For this reason, we do not manually credit accounts.

When are new offers added?
We are adding new offers often and always trying to bring you more offers. Check back often to see them.


Referrals F.A.Q.  

How do referrals work?
Referrals are a way to invite your friends or people to sign up for an account at GemClicker. When you get a friend to sign up with your Referral Link . There are 3 level Downline for referrals. It works like this:

                Level 1        Level 2         Level 3
You --->Referrals--->Referrals--->Referrals
                  20%             15%             10%



 You will gain cash for all referral earnings. For example,
 if your - Level 1 referral makes a total of 100$, you will receive 20$.
            - Level 2 referral makes a total of 100$, you will receive 15$.
            - Level 3 referral makes a total of 100$, you will receive 10$.

You can find your referral link by going to the 
Refer a Member page.Just give your referral  link to a friend or someone else. When they click on it,  they will directed to our homepage where they can sign up for a Gemclicker  account, which will be flagged as being referred by you.

I referred people but don't see any cash?
You do not receive Cash/Gems from your referrals until they have successfully completed offers and received credit for them.

Can my brother sign up we own 2 computers?
 Only one account/person per household/IP adress is permitted. If you try to create another one, you'll be flagged as a Cheater and won't be able to complete offers again.

Rewards & Cash Payments F.A.Q.  

How do I make a Withdraw request?You must go to Withdraw Cash/Points Section and request a cash-out via Paypal. Note that the minimum you can cash-out is 3.00$.
**Custom Rewards and Gaming Cards such as Minecraft, Microsoft Points, PSN, Amazon Giftcard and even more will be added soon in the Rewards section.


Can I cancel my request and get my Cash/Gems back?
At any time you can Cancel/Delete a pending request. Go to the Withdraw Cash/Points Section, Browse Folders then you select the "Pending". Once there, you can delete the request to get your Cash/Gems back instantly.

How long does it take to receive a payment?
As a new website our payment method is Monthly. As soon as we get more members that do offers everyday, it'll be daily. Note that we need to get paid by sponsors to pay you guys.

I didn't receive my request yet, but I'm missing my Gems/Cash!?
Your Cash/Gems were deducted at the time you submitted your request. If the request is Verified and approved, your request will be processed. If not, you'll be refunded. Remember that you can also delete a request anytime for refund.

Upgrades F.A.Q   

Where can I buy Upgrades?Upgrades can be purchased in the Upgrade section.

Can I buy them with my actual Gems/Cash?For sure. If you have enough Cash/Gems you can purchase an upgrade instead of a rewards request.

What are Upgrades?
Upgrades are bought to increase your Offers earnings, Referrals and to get a discount on Rewards.Here is an example:
